All mediators meet the qualifications to serve as mediators with the San Diego Superior Court.

ADMINISTRATIVE FEES

  • A one time fee of $50.00 paid to NCBA (total for all parties)

MEDIATOR FEES

  • $150.00 per hour for first two hours
  • Mediator's regular hourly rate after first two hours
  • Payment of the mediator is made directly to the mediator
